Símilarly the Lungau offers you four skiing areas between Katschberg and Obertauern. On approximately 300 kilometres of excellently prepared slopes, but also on deep snow slopes, skiers and snowboarder find their winter adventure land. Family-friendly ski runs, sporting, but also demanding trials offer excellent conditions for beginners, advanced and experts. For children there are nursery slopes and ski runs. Snowboarder can enjoy themselves at the half-pipes.
61 ski lifts - 300 kilometres of slopes
61 modern lifts - chairlifts, gondolas and a few ski tows - take you quickly back to the starting point for a rapid or enjoyable ski run through the alpine mountain world in the south of Salzburg. Because of the high transport capacity, there is virtually no waiting.
With the LUNGO ski pass , you have unlimited access to four ski areas Katschberg-Aineck, Großeck-Speiereck, Fanningberg and Obertauern. For a refreshment break and a proper après-ski party you are very welcome to about 50 huts, but also to restaurants and discotheques away from the slopes.

With the ski bus to the valley station Ski rental and drying room
Environmentally friendly and cost saving with the ski bus lines - from place to place and mountain to mountain: Wastlwirt guests get on and off directly outside the front door . In general, it goes every 30 minutes to the valley stations of the skiing areas in the Lungau and Obertauern. The use of bus is included in the "Lungau" and "Lungo" ski-passes. Non-skiers are also well prepared for the journey on public transport in the Lungau in the winter with a daily or weekly ticket. Our reception team is happy to inform you about the details.
You may safely leave your skis at home. The ski and snowboard rental stations offer you the most modern material that is currently on the market. Your equipement is stored securely overnight in our heated drying room .
